We still cultivate the hundreds of acres surrounding this beautiful neighborhood. The site itself has grown thousands of pounds of sweet potatoes, wheat, soybeans and has produced chicken for our nation. It truly is a special place rich in history.

With more than 100 years of experience, our phenomenal build team is here to customize your home in every way you envision. Our lots are offered at 3/4 acre to over 2 acres.

This rural community sits exactly half way between New York City and Miami. We are only a 20 minute drive to the Wake County line and about 45 minutes to the capital city of Raleigh. Conveniently, The Farm is a mile from the town of Red Oak and a half mile from the new elementary school.
